REFORMER PILATES × STRENGTH METHOD
 
What You Will Learn:
This training is aimed at women who want to understand Reformer Pilates thoroughly and teach it confidently, structurally, and contemporarily.
You will learn to analyze basic exercises as well as more complex movement sequences precisely, to build them methodically, and to instruct clearly – based on the THE X STRENGTH METHOD.
 
The goal of the training is to equip you with all the necessary skills to plan and conduct qualitative, effective, and well-structured Reformer Pilates classes professionally.
 
Content and Modules:
 
Module 1 – Foundations

  • Basics of THE X STRENGTH METHOD

  • Anatomy, physiology, and training theory applied practically

  • Understanding of beginner and intermediate level

  • Complete exercise catalog for beginners

     

Module 2 – Advanced and Teaching

  • Advanced exercises and meaningful sequencing

  • Teaching skills, cueing, and trainer presence

  • Musicality and communication in teaching

     

Module 3 – Practice and Mastery

  • Teaching lab and peer teaching

  • Development of your own class concepts

  • Exam preparation

     

Practice, Self-Study, and Teaching Practice
The training combines in-person phases with independent practice and self-study.
Observation Hours: 30 hours of observing classes and teaching experience with experienced trainers
Teaching Practice: 15 hours of independent and guided teaching of Reformer Pilates classes in our studios based on previously submitted and approved class concepts, followed by feedback.
Self-Study and Practice: Independent training, reflection exercises, preparation and follow-up of the modules, development of class outlines, and preparation for teaching practice and final assessment.
 
Training Scope and Duration
Total Scope: 150 hours
In-Person Phases: 3 weekends (Saturday and Sunday, 9 AM to 6 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break)
Duration: Depending on individual implementation, at least 3 to 6 months alongside professional commitments
 
In-Person Phases 2026

  • Module 1: January 31 and February 1, 2026

  • Module 2: February 14 and 15, 2026

  • Module 3: March 21 and 22, 2026

     

Times: Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM
 
Participation Requirements

  • At least 30 Reformer teaching units of experience (these can also be completed during the training period)

  • Empathy, reliability, and personal responsibility

  • Motivation to teach Reformer Pilates classes professionally and confidently – preferably in our studios
